Our Pilates classes are run by practitioners who are trained by Physiotherapists to take into account our client’s medical needs. We also have our therapy team on site should any Pilates clients need some advice pre-class about an injury or problem they are having.

We offer a range of classes and 1-2-1 sessions with the instructor depending on individual preference or need. All sessions are individually tailored to your needs in collaboration with the on-site Physiotherapist as necessary.

All classes are in small groups offering close supervision to ensure quality and that all client needs are being met, therefore places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

All clients are booked in for an Initial Assessment with the Instructor prior to attending a class – this means that you know the basics of what you are doing before entering a class environment, and also means that the instructor can tailor the class to your needs so you get the results you want as quickly as possible.

All attendees of our on-site Pialtes classes also get access to our Virtual Pilates Portal – so you can do more at home / if you miss a class!

Open Gym

To help our clients to enhance their health in between any treatment sessions we allow Open Access to our on site Gym for them to use and follow programs in. Only those with approved memberships can access this service as everyone requires a 121 assessment and safety guidance before using the facilities.
